Our purpose

This Editorial Policy explains how Imaginoa creates, reviews and updates the content on imaginoa.com, including tool pages, instructions, FAQs, guides and any articles we publish.

Our goal is to give people clear, accurate and genuinely useful information about working with images.

Our content standards

• Accuracy: we describe what our Tools do and what they don't do. We avoid exaggerated claims, and we don't publish made-up statistics, reviews, awards or user numbers.
• Clarity: we write in plain, simple language so anyone can follow along.
• Usefulness: every page should help a reader complete a task or make a decision.
• Honesty about limits: when a Tool has limitations, such as not removing invisible AI watermarks, we say so clearly.
• Responsibility: we don't publish content that encourages copyright infringement, deception or other harmful use of images.

How content is created and reviewed

Content is written or reviewed by the Imaginoa team under the direction of our founder, Austin Joseph, who has final editorial responsibility.

• Instructions and tool descriptions are checked against the actual Tool before publishing.
• Where we explain how something works, we rely on our own testing, official documentation or reputable sources.
• Before a page goes live, it is reviewed for accuracy, clarity and compliance with this policy.

Use of AI in our content

We may use AI writing and image tools to help draft, edit or illustrate content. Any AI-assisted content is reviewed and edited by a person before publishing, and we remain fully responsible for it.

Illustrations and example images on the Website may be created or edited with AI. They are used to show how a Tool works and do not depict real events.

Independence

Our content is not influenced by advertisers. Imaginoa does not currently display ads or publish sponsored content. If that changes, sponsored or affiliate content will be clearly labelled, and it will not affect our editorial judgement.

Imaginoa is not affiliated with Google or other companies whose products we mention. We mention them only to explain compatibility or context.

Keeping content up to date

Image tools and AI services change often. We review our content regularly and update it when our Tools or the services they work with change. Important pages show a "Last updated" date.

Corrections

If you find an error, outdated information or anything unclear, please tell us at xovaari@gmail.com with the page link and a short explanation. We review every report and correct confirmed mistakes as quickly as we can. Significant corrections are noted on the page.
