This Privacy Policy explains what information Imaginoa ("Imaginoa", "we", "us") collects when you use imaginoa.com (the "Website") and our online image tools (the "Tools"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

Our approach is simple: we collect as little as possible. We do not require accounts, and our current image tools process your images inside your own browser.

Your images and videos

Images and videos you use with our Tools are processed locally on your device. When you add an image to a Tool such as our watermark remover, the file is read and edited by your web browser. It is not uploaded to our servers, and we cannot see, store or access it.

The same applies to our video watermark remover: your video is opened, cleaned and saved by your browser and is never uploaded. Cleaned files are saved directly to your device when you choose to download them. Once you close or reload the page, the images are cleared from the page's memory.

If we ever introduce a Tool that needs to process images on a server, we will clearly say so on that Tool before you use it and update this policy.

Information we collect

If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, phone number, message and any attachments.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested, referring page and the date and time of the visit. These server logs are used for security, troubleshooting and keeping the Website running.

Information stored on your device

The Website stores a small setting in your browser's local storage to remember whether you prefer the light or dark theme. This setting stays on your device and is not sent to us. Analytics cookies are described below.

When you contact us through WhatsApp or email, your messages are also handled under the privacy policies of those services (for example, WhatsApp and Google).

We keep messages you send us only as long as needed to respond and to keep a reasonable record of our conversations, unless a longer period is required by law. Server logs are kept for a limited time by our hosting provider for security and maintenance.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information, including secure HTTPS connections. Because our Tools process images on your device, your images are not transmitted to us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
