Fine-tuning (only if something looks off)
Keep this tab open. Processing happens on your device, so speed depends on your phone or computer.
Your clean video is ready
Only edit videos you created or have permission to change. Visible marks are removed; invisible watermarks such as SynthID are not.
How the video remover works
No uploads and no waiting in a queue. Your browser does everything.
- Add your videoChoose an MP4, MOV or WebM file. It is opened directly on your device.
- The whole video is scannedFrames from the start, middle and end are checked. A watermark stays still while the picture moves underneath it, so those fixed edges give it away — then its exact shape, transparency and colour are learned from many frames.
- You stay in controlMarks that are found are boxed and already erased in the preview. If one is missed, drag a box around it yourself and tap Erase — that area is then erased from every frame, whatever the mark is.
- Save your videoEvery frame is cleaned and your video is saved as MP4 (or WebM on some browsers) with the original sound.
Works best with
- See-through text or logo marks in a fixed spot, like those on AI-generated videos.
- Videos with movement, so the background under the mark changes.
- Short clips, from a few seconds to a few minutes.
Limits to know
- Anything you draw a box around is erased. Under a mark that never moves, detail has to be rebuilt rather than recovered.
- Under a solid logo the original video was never visible, so that spot is rebuilt from nearby texture rather than recovered exactly.
- Invisible watermarks like SynthID are not removed, and it's not for other people's videos.
Video questions
Looking for photos? Use our image watermark remover.
Is my video uploaded?
No. The video is opened, cleaned and saved by your own browser. It never leaves your device.
It says no watermark was found.
Tap Draw the watermark area, drag a box around the mark on the frame, then tap Erase watermark. It is erased from every frame of the video. This is also the way to go for videos where the camera barely moves, or for an animated or oddly shaped mark that a scan can’t model.
How long does it take?
Usually about as long as the video itself, or faster on a computer. Longer and higher-resolution videos take more time. Keep the tab open until it finishes.
Is the sound kept?
Yes. The original audio is kept in the saved video.
Which format is the result?
MP4 on most browsers, including iPhone and Android. Some browsers can only create WebM, which plays in Chrome, Firefox and VLC.
Does it work on phones?
Yes, in Chrome on Android and Safari on iPhone (iOS 16.4 or newer). On phones, Save video opens the share menu so you can save it to your gallery.
A faint outline is still visible.
Tap Rebuild the area. The whole marked area is then rebuilt from the picture around it, so nothing of the mark can survive. If the outline sits just outside the box, draw a slightly bigger box around the mark instead, including any small icon next to it. The Removal strength and Edge cleanup sliders under Fine-tuning are there for small touch-ups.
Does it work with Grok, Veo and other AI videos?
Yes. Marks that sit in one place, and marks that hop between corners, are both found by the scan. If one is missed, draw a box around it and tap Erase.
What does “Rebuild the area” do?
Instead of modelling the watermark, it throws the marked area away and fills it with real texture copied from around it, using the same source in every frame so the repair doesn’t flicker. It always removes the mark. It is also the right choice for a solid badge, since the picture under a solid mark was never recorded in the first place.
